-Security Deposit of $300 required for each booking which is held 2 days before arrival

-Rental Agreement must be signed by all guests before arrival

- NOTE: Your safety matters. There is a Ring doorbell security camera, pointed at the front door and driveway, and an exterior Nest camera pointed at the backyard deck. They do not look into any interior spaces
